Michael leads daily sessions of naked yoga featuring 2 daily yoga classes during the event:

1. Regular, vinyasa (flow) style yoga classes that are designed to be both a whole body workout
as well as a relaxing and healing practice.


2. "Gentle Stretching For Stiff Guys" which combines gentle stretches, mindfulness
and breathwork to improve flexibility, range
of motion and balance.
