Gathering Cancellation Policy

We at IMEN realize that life can sometimes get in the way.   We feel that you should not be penalized for this if a work situation happens, a medical condition, a family emergency, or you just change your mind about attending this year.   That's why we will issue you a 100% refund of your gathering registration as long as you let us know at least 48 hours (Wednesday) before the gathering officially opens.  If you paid by credit card, we will re-issue the refund back to your card.  If you paid by check, we will mail you a check after the gathering officially closes.   We want you to know that we value you as part of our IMEN family.  We want you to come back.
